SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting Registration
DESCRIPTION:Please join us to renew acquaintances and make new friends.  Watch your e-mail for location details.  We gather each year to formalize the Polar Region Board of Directors for the new year.  There is a cash bar and food is available for purchase from 6:30 PM.  The meeting starts at 8:00 PM with coffee\, tea and some dessert offerings available courtesy of the Polar Region.  Once the meeting is done\, we continue to share past glories and recall this season’s events.  The restaurant will be open exclusively for our AGM. \nSee the announcement e-mail regarding nominations received to date for the 2019 Board of Directors.  Any Polar Region member wishing to add their name to the slate of candidates should contact Arthur Potts\, club president (arthurpotts@yahoo.ca).
