DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our First Ever Christmas Reception and Annual General Meeting (AGM). While the AGM is important\, it takes about 20 minutes (see more detail below)\, leaving time to visit with friends while enjoying assorted appetizers and dessert bites courtesy of the Polar Region. \nWe arrive at 6:30 PM with the formal part of the agenda starting at 6:45 PM\, and food at 7:15 PM. The assorted appetizers and dessert bites will be accompanied by tea and coffee courtesy of the Polar Region.
