DESCRIPTION:The BMW Club has invited us to join their Winter Driving Skills Event.  It will be held on Sunday\, February 25th.  The purpose of the Winter Driving Skills Event is to provide an opportunity to experience the thrill of driving one’s own vehicle\, using advanced driving techniques not teachable on the public roadway. Their advanced driving school is a one-to-one instructor setting on a closed track.  In-car instruction is supplemented by classroom sessions\, and basic car-control exercises.  Watch your email for further details.

SUMMARY:Columbia Valley Jaunt
DESCRIPTION:This trip will take us to the Rockies and beyond\, with a first night in Calgary\, a visit to the Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump Museum\, Frank Slide Interpretive Centre\, the Columbia Valley and a stay at Copper Point Resort in Invermere\, and the Banff Springs.  The scenery is spectacular and there are few places better suited to a wonderful drive.  A keynote speaker from Brembo Brakes will join us at the formal banquet.  Register early using the link in your email\, in Bear Facts or on Facebook as this Jaunt will fill quickly and is limited to 25 cars.  Registration opens May 6th and closes July 1st.  A deposit is required.
