Annual General Meeting

Each year we gather in the fall to formalize the Polar Region’s Board of Directors for the new year. Once that is done the fun part of the evening begins. We will have lots of time to renew old acquaintances, make new friends, share past glories and recall this season’s events. This is a great opportunity for new members to get a feel for who we are and what the club is all about.  Doors open at 6 PM, the meeting starts at 8 PM.  See your e-mail for location information.
