Cars & Coffee & Food Bank – Registration

The Polar Region is delighted to announce that our September 21st Cars & Coffee will include an opportunity to raise money for the Food Bank.  To that end, we will be hosting the Cars & Coffee at F2 Furnishings, for a change in scenery, but more importantly they will advertise the event to bring people to donate.  It would be wonderful if we could have a large group, with each of us bringing food or money to donate.  The Japanese Village, located right next door, will open especially for us and provide complimentary snacks and cold beverages.

Cars are asked to be at F2 Furnishings (2950 Calgary Trail NW) at 10:30 AM sharp, with the objective that we will go “live” at 11 am.  We would then be there until 2:00 pm.  We realize this is more formal than a regular Cars & Coffee, but it is for a good cause, so we hope to see a strong turn out.

We are asking people to register so that the Japanese Village can prepare the appropriate quantity of food, and F2 Furnishings can advertise our presence to help raise money for the Food Bank.
