West Coast Jaunt Registration

This amazing trip will run from Saturday, July 27th, returning to Edmonton on August 1st. There will be stops in very picturesque settings, including Sun Peaks, Harrison Hot Springs, Osoyoos and Vernon. This will be our 17th annual Jaunt, during the year we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Polar Region. We expect this trip to sell out quickly. There is a $500 deposit (one night stay, including breakfast, at Sparkling Hill and Jaunt registration) which is non-refundable. Where applicable, additional cancellation fees (up to the cost of all hotel nights and banquet) will be charged after May 31, 2019.
July 27th, Sun Peaks Grand Hotel, Sun Peaks, BC ($159 plus taxes)
July 28th, Harrison Hot Springs Resort, BC ($194 plus taxes)
July 29th, Holiday Inn Express, Osoyoos, BC ($185 plus taxes)
July 30 & 31st, Sparkling Hill Resport & Spa, Vernon, BC ($349 per night, plus taxes); Banquet Dinner, $80 per person, plus cash bar, gratuity and tax
